1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be limited or unavailable. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at the time of order confirmation.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of delays, we will inform you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time varies based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values
• Additional charges may apply for express delivery options

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this information to track your order status in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, the order may be returned to us.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
